Lack of Posts

Sorry for the lack of posts. Will be back in action tomorrow. I had a seriously horrible weekend of bad eating and not much exercise, surgery on Monday and recovering today. Should be back to at least eating well tomorrow. Will have to work back up exercising. (Defintely no abs for a couple of weeks) Did weigh myself on Monday and it was 141! REALLY BAD! Must get back down below 140 by Sunday.
