Comments:

I had to go to Starbuck's today, but only got a hot chocolate instead of the usual mocha. Yay!

Not feeling well today, possibly getting sick. Not much of an appetite either.

Felt better in the evening.

Not too bad of lunch, could have been worse. Ended up getting a headache late afternoon, so I went home and took a long nap on the couch.

Comments:

Not sure I'll get any exercise in since we are going to C'ville to watch my sister's softball game. I will try to do something though.

Lunch was probably not the best, but I suppose it could have been worse AND at least I brought something instead of eating out...

Very bad dinner. Eric wanted Mexican, which I knew was bad, but did it anyway! Need I say more?

Comments:

I have really been feeling larger lately and although I know I'm not huge I also know that I could be in better shape. I've really been neglecting my body for some time and need to get back in tune with it. I have seriously been using food as my crutch for everything and know if I put my mind to it that I can get back in shape. Now, to get my mind into it! We've moved the eliptical machine into our room and it is very easy to get to, so that shouldn't be a problem.
