Tuesday: Lunch Grilled Chicken Salad, Dinner Out (BW3s Party)
Wednesday: Lunch Grilled Chicken Salad, Taco*Bell
Thursday: Non-Fat Mocha, Dinner at parent's house
Friday: Dinner Out (Mexican)
Saturday: Christmas
Sunday: Out
Water: Yep, Did have some pop though this week.
Exercise: None this week
Goals for this week:
*Make conscious choices at all the meals "out" this week.
*Only Water & Green Tea. NO POP!
My Thoughts/Week Summary:
This week is going to suck on eating. Of course no exercise either. We have something going on every evening except Wednesday and Sunday. I will make conscious choices, but eating out is just not good. I am taking my lunch to work, so am getting a good meal in then.
I didn't have a single meal at home this week besides the 3 homemade salads I took to work. God that was a horrible week!
