Snack: 1 Scoop Mint Chip Icecream in a Waffle Bowl
Water: 3 Waters, 1 Glass Milk, 1 cup Lemon Zinger Green Tea

Ok. It's a new week. I'm not counting days anymore. I am going to measure myself tonight and get my stats. I haven't been doing very well on food the last few weeks. It seems like the closer the weekend gets the more bad things I eat. I definite got a LOT of exercise in over the weekend. My legs and arms are still burning and we did all the work on Saturday. I will say my eating has gotten a lot better than what it used to be, but it's not great yet. I'm still working on it by all means.
Started drinking 1 cup Green Tea a day as tea is actually good for you. I'm not drinking the caffeinated kind and only adding a tad of sugar, not even a 1/2 of teaspoon.
