Haven't been doing very well on the diet this week. Have had my mind elsewhere apparently. Not sure what's going on. Haven't been in the mood to cook that's for sure.

Did not drink enough water yesterday, so that is my goal for today. At least 4 waters.

Didn't get the last bottle of water in... Maybe tomorrow

Snack: 1 Scoop Mint Chip Icecream in a Waffle Bowl

Ok. It's a new week. I'm not counting days anymore. I am going to measure myself tonight and get my stats. I haven't been doing very well on food the last few weeks. It seems like the closer the weekend gets the more bad things I eat. I definite got a LOT of exercise in over the weekend. My legs and arms are still burning and we did all the work on Saturday. I will say my eating has gotten a lot better than what it used to be, but it's not great yet. I'm still working on it by all means.

Started drinking 1 cup Green Tea a day as tea is actually good for you. I'm not drinking the caffeinated kind and only adding a tad of sugar, not even a 1/2 of teaspoon.
