Almost didn't bring my lunch but decided to do it anyway. Making dinner at home tonight, too. Didn't have the greatest breakfast. I was out of my cinn. rais. bread and didn't really have too many other choices... Need to go grocery shopping.

Not too bad a day so far. I have 2 more cookies sitting at my desk waiting for snack time. It's either that or more trail mix. Decision, decisions.

OK, so those weren't "LO-CARB" choc. chip cookies... O'well, I didn't eat that many!

Comments:

The weekend wasn't too bad in the eating section. Saturday we played putt-putt and did a couple rounds in the batting cage and Sunday we went on a 10 min. walk, so we got a little exercise in.

Eric & I had a chat yesterday and we are really going to start eating better and exercising more. I sure hope we can stick to it, too.
