Day 6 - Free Day (Chicago)

Breakfast: Bacon, Egg & Cheese Croissant, Hash Browns
Lunch: Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, 1 scoop Ice Cream
Dinner: 2 McD's Hamburgers, Few Fries

Breakfast: Cottage Cheese & Banana
Snack: Cottage Cheese & Orange
Lunch: Chicken Breast, Corn, Green Beans
Snack: Beef Jerky (No Carbs!)
Dinner: 6 inch Chicken Breast on Wheat, Lettuce, Tomato, Blk. Olives, Green Peppers, Onion, Jalapenos, Little Mayo

Comments: Had a doc appointment, so I suppose that isn't too bad. Tried to get a healthy dinner.

Day 4

Breakfast: 4 Pieces Turkey Bacon & 1 Piece Wheat Bread
Snack: Cottage Cheese & Orange
Lunch: Chicken in a Flour Tortilla, Refried Beans, Few bites of Eric's rice, a little more than a few chips and FF Salsa
Snack: Sliced Ham & 1 Piece Wheat Bread
Dinner: Darn Get-Togethers... Had to go out to eat with some people that came in for a Jack Daniel's Promotion. Ended up going to this upper scale Italian Place. I got a mushroom wood fired pizza (no protein), then decided to eat a small portion of Tiramisu

Comments:
Might have a small dilemma today and potentially every Thursday b/ I have lunch with Eric. We usually do Mexican. I'm trying to talk him into going somewhere a letter "better" or that I can follow my diet at. We just love Mexican... I guess I'll have to figure out what to eat there...

Lunch wasn't HORRIBLE, but not the greatest either. Those chips really do me in! I cannot go there next Thursday. I suppose eating out in general isn't the best for you. Some places you just can't follow the diet. I'm proud of myself for following it most of the time. Sometimes you just can't help it around the holidays.

Day 3

Breakfast: 4 Pieces Turkey Bacon & 1 Piece Wheat Bread
Snack: Cottage Cheese & Apple
Lunch: Hamburger Patty & Corn
Snack: Sliced Ham & 1 Piece Wheat Bread
Dinner: Good. Salmon Fillet, Steamed Veggies, Salad w/ FF French, 2 Pieces of the small loaf of bread you get at Outback.... Bad. A few pieces of bloomin' onion!
Snack: (Optional) None

Bad Girl: Yay! I didn't have a kiss this afternoon!

Water: 6 I hit my goal on water today!

Exercise: I was a little sore in the legs, butt and tummy today, so I decided I didn't want to over do it. We did however go up and down EVERY isle at the grocery store! ha ha

Comments:
I'm hoping for no headaches today!

I decide to change my weight goal a little bit. 14 lbs in 6 weeks seemed a little extreme after I really thought about it. I'm shooting for 9 lbs in 6 weeks now. And even if I don't totally hit the 9 lb mark, but loose some inches I will feel good.

Overall today wasn't too bad except for the bloomin' onion. I'm still pretty happy with the fact that I'm doing so well. The longer you are on it the easier it is.

Dinner was a little larger than usual, but besides the onion I didn't do too bad...

Dinner: 6 inch Wheat Chicken Breast w/ Lettuce, Tomato, Blk Olives, Jalapenos, Onion, Green Pepper, Little Mayo

Bad Girl: I did it again... 1 Hershey's Kiss. Darn it! I started to eat a Fire Cinnamon Jolly Rancher. I got it in my mouth and decided I better check to see the nutrition. Needless to say, I spit it back out in the trash.

Trying to figure out a good date to set for my goal. 6 weeks? That would be the next GWO. Hmmm.... Yeah, that's a good idea!

Had a bad time with the shakes last night. For some reason they taste fine to me, but they make me nausious when I drink them. Gotta figure that one out. Maybe I'll start doing the bars on occassion. I suppose they would help my urge for chocolate, too. OK. I've been a bad girl today. I think I will definitely start eating a detour bar as my afternoon snack. We'll see if that helps!

As you can see I had Subway for dinner. I started getting a headache again in the afternoon and by the time I got home I was nauseous, so I said heck with it and Eric got Subway. I suppose it could have been a worse dinner. And I didn't have an evening snack, but I was in bed, so that's why. I think these headaches are from caffeine since I had started drinking it a little more again. I'm just hoping these are about done.

Comments:
Today is my first official day of the BFL diet modified. The reason I say modified is b/c I'm going with the whole balanced protein & carb. However, I'm not going to do as much "Fat-Free/Low-Fat" as I probably should. Anyway, I'm going to give you my daily log of eats, snacks, etc. Well see how it goes. I'm realy going to try to stick to it, but for a while I'm going to focus my exercising on my lower body and not as much of my upper body. Really the exercise part of it is going to be gradual. I'm going to push myself to do SOMETHING every day. I will say that last night I did some lunges and some crunches. I love feeling it today, too!

I know the cole slaw probably wasn't very good for me, but I had it from yesterday and when I looked it up on-line it isn't THAT bad for me...

Picking up some milk and bananas tonight so I can start the shakes. Drinking is going to be sorta hard for me. I drink water pretty regularly, but it's going to be kinda difficult to drink more. My goal is to get at minimum 4 per day, but would like to get up to 6 for sure.

Decided I might as well have a bad girl section b/c it's doomed to happen. Hopefully I will be afraid to write in there, so next time I get a bad urge, I'll know that I have to post and everyone reading this will see my failure. Smack my hand!

Yay! 1 Day Down. Many more to go.

Had a slight headache before bed. Not sure what that was all about.
