This is my last week of eating like shit. It has to be or I will only gain weight and be more unhappy with myself. It's going to stop now.

My Thoughts:
So far I haven't been to the gym once this week. Ugh! I hope to get up early tomorrow and go.

I was a little nervous about the SB chicken caesar wraps, but they turned out to be quite tasty. Thank goodness.

This is getting extremely ridiculous. We went this evening and ordered my new bike. It should be in early next week. I'm going to start riding my bike to work a couple of times a week. Not only for the exercise, but to save a tiny bit of gas. It's not much but it helps, I guess. It's about 5 miles from my house to work, which is not bad at all. I'm excited. Also starting next week we are getting up at 5:15 every morning and going to the gym. I'm tired of making excuses and I imagine my weight is creeping back up this week and I won't stand for it any longer. I think I found my motivation again.

My Thoughts:
Starting tomorrow we are getting up at 5 am and hitting the gym. I hope to get some cardio in tonight and start weights in the morning.

My Thoughts:
Weigh-In: 136
Weekend was average on eating. Didn't eat a TON, but didn't eat wonderfully either. I did some walking, but definitely not anything strenuous. I guess I at least maintained again. Although it would be nice to get back into the losing category... Will get back to the gym this week. The plan is to hit the gym Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and either Saturday or Sunday. Plus get some serious dancing in on Friday. hee hee

Eric decided we were going to get up in the mornings and go to the gym so we didn't go tonight.
