Should be an interesting next couple of days with getting dental surgery. Will probably eat liquids/soft foods at first and we know what that includes... Some not so healthy items... Gotta keep the willpower.

My Thoughts:
Have a rough night planned for working out. Ugh! Not doing good on the gym this week. Won't be able to work out Friday & possibly Saturday either b/c of my surgery on Friday. Darn!

Ended up having a pretty good night working out. Forgot to do the extra Bicep Curl and one set on Shoulder Press, but really a good night.

My Thoughts:
Didn't sleep well last night. Eric has an interview on Monday w/ pharm, so that's on my mind. Also dreamt that I just had a baby one day w/out any warning and no one believed me. Weird!

Went shopping for a new suit for Eric. It took longer than expected so it was getting late by the time we ate dinner & got home. Did get some horizontal action in though.

My Thoughts:
Made more chicken salad last night. Need to come up with some other stuff to take to work over the weekend. Cut up some radishes, too. They basically are like eating raw carrots (nothing in them). I feel like I'm eating a ton b/c a serving size is 7, too. Need to get some salad to bring especially if I am just packing a sandwich for lunch.

Dinner wasn't as bad as it sounds. It is a very healthy mexican place. We did not feel heavy or yucky after eating there at all. The only bad thing was eating the cheese dip & chips.

My Thoughts:
My arms are sore today, which makes me think I did good yesterday. Yay! Passed up the offer to get Chinese for lunch again today...

Need to figure out what I'm going to do for lunch the rest of the week. Don't have it planned. If all else fails I make more chicken salad I suppose. Do have evening meals planned out though. That's a good thing.

Increased some of my weights tonight. Had a good workout. It's rough doing lower and cardio in the same evening.

Snack: 1/2 Turtle Sundae Shake

Actual: Upper & 20 Min. Cardio & Abs on Machine

My Thoughts:
My weight has been off my 2 pounds this whole time b/c we had the scale sitting on the bathroom rug. We've moved it now and figured it out so I changed all my weigh-ins to be 2 pounds heavier. No change this week and actually I'm excited about that b/c it's been a rough week with my birthday, the visit to the hospital to see K, and a few bad lunches. We barely ate at home this past week in the evenings. I'm back on track starting 7 am tomorrow morning. My goal this week is to lose 2 pounds.

Had a really good upper body workout. I really pushed myself to do more on chest press & shoulder press. I also added more weight on bicep curls and even added an extra thing for biceps. I really want to see some definition there.
