Exercise: My legs are like jelly today and I love it! 10 Minutes on Stepper. I could have and probably should have went 20 minutes, but my lower is so sore and I thought I better get into this a little slower. Maybe next week. I did hit my goal though!
Comments: Yay! Day 1 went well. Threw out the oranges! Turned down Don Pablos for dinner tonight! Will switch my free day to Saturday instead of Sunday this week since we have Eric's holiday party and also we may go to C'ville to have lunch with grandparents Paddack before they leave for Florida.
WOW! Was going thru some old BFL stuff and found my stats back in May 03. Holy crap have I gained all over since then! Gross!! If that isn't incentive I don't know what is!! Taking my pic tonight so I can see my fat live!
I only ate 1/2 of my detour bar, but that is okay b/c it's more like a snack than a dinner. 15 g Protein vs. 30 g Protein. So far, VERY good day again. Gotta get my waters in this afternoon.
Just found out we have a Holiday Party tomorrow, but we get to run home and make a grilled ham and cheese before we go. The hard part is not eating all those bad things at the party. I can do it.
