Lunch: Salad w/ Grilled Chicken, Cheese, Sunflower Seeds, FF Ranch

Dinner: Hamburger w/ Lettuce, Tomato, Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, Few French Fries
Snack: none
Water: 2 Waters, 1 Hot Green Tea

My Thoughts:
I've really been slacking and it makes me mad at myself. I am back in the game 100% come Monday. I am going to measure on Sunday, too. I felt so good when I was working out all the time and even though I still feel good, I know I'm slipping horribly. I have to get back to a healthy lifestyle. It just isn't an option. I want to continue both the eating and some exercise after I get pregnant, too, so I can't stop now.
If you read my blog, feel free to criticize me and the bad eating starting Monday. I'm still about 85% in the game right now.
