Week 8

Weigh-In: 142.5

Monday
B: 2 Slices Wheat Toast w/ RF Peanut Butter
S: Apple w/ FF Caramel
L: Minestrone Soup; Salad w/ Cheese, Crutons, FF Ranch; 1 1/2 Rings Pineapple
S: Banana
D: DPs - Fire Beans & Tortillas, 1/2 Chicken Fajita Fixins (no tortilla), Rice, Dallop of Guac & Sour Cream

Exercise: 20 Min Eliptical

Thoughts: Ready to give it my 110% effort. I lost 1 pound last week even slacking off some, so I know I can lose another 1-2 this week if I give it my all. Striving to really stick to cardio. Not as worried about weights right now. Really energized to step it up and stick to getting healthy!

Plans for dinner got changed b/c of some stuff Eric needed to do. Didn't get home til a little after 7, so I didn't get my casserole made. In bed by around 8:45.

Tuesday
B: Plain Bagel w/ Lite CC
S: Banana
L: Minestrone Soup, Salad w/ Cheese & FF French
S: Organic Strawberry Fruit Leather
D: LBC - Southwest Chicken Wrap, Carrot Sticks, 2 Pickle Spears - (NO FRIES even though they came with my meal!!!)

Exercise: None

Thoughts: Decided to do weights at the gym tonight. Also going to make my casserole for some lunches this week. Feeling a little blah today, but not going to stray from today's plan.

Ended up eating dinner out and took the night off of exercise. This is my one night off during the week for exercise. I will make sure to get it in W, Th & Fri, one way or another.

Wednesday
B: SB Cinnamon Raisin Cereal Bar
S: 3" Sample of JJ's Turkey Sub
L: Salad w/ Grilled Chicken, Cheese, Crutons, FF Ranch; LF Chocolate Pudding
S: Banana & String Cheese
D: Turkey Taco Salad

Exercise: 20 Min Stepper, Stretched Legs

Thoughts: Stuck to dinner for sure tonight. Did the stepper after dinner while watching TV.

Thursday
B: Plain Bagel w/ Lite CC
S: 1/2 Banana
L: Out - Chips & Salsa, Bean Burrito, Rice (NO CHEESE DIP!!)
S: 100 Cal Pack Graham Crackers
D: Tortolleni w/ Marinara, Green Beans

Exercise: None

Thoughts: NO CHEESE DIP at lunch!!! It's a miracle! No exercise b/c I got too busy and didn't realize until it was almost time to go to bed.

Friday
B: Plain Bagel w/ Lite CC
S: Applesauce
L: Tortolleni w/ Marinara, 100 Cal Pack Chips Ahoy
S: 1/2 Strawberry Fruit Leather
D: Sml. Margherita Pizza, 1 Sml. Piece Garlic Cheese Bread

Exercise: None

Thoughts: Started AF today, so this probably won't be a good day as Day 1 never is. I'll do my best though. Sister & her boyfriend came over. I started her taxes and then we watched a home movie. After they left I stayed up til 11 watching Season 1 of Gray's Anatomy.

Saturday

L: Chips & Pico, Chicken Tender Wrap w/ Little Med. Sauce & Ranch

Exercise: Some Walking at Dog Park

Thoughts: Not too bad of a day I suppose

Sunday

D: Penne w/ Spinach Sauce, Citrus Garlic Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, 1 Biscuit

Thoughts: Cooked all day

*4 Days Cardio, 2 Days Weight Lifting (Cardio - M,W - 2; Weights - 0)
*1 Dinner out (M,T,F), 1 Lunch out (Th), 1 Weekend out (Sa)

My Thoughts/Week Summary:
Feeling 110% about this week! Hit the gym early this morning. No excuses for not hitting the gym every morning this week. Allowing for 3 days off cardio though. Started on Friday, so it's a blah day.

So-so weekend. Didn't get as much cardio in as I should have and didn't get any weights in.
