Temporarily Out of Town

My diet will not be updated until Monday, February 9 as I will be in Florida getting some sun and visiting with Mickey Mouse and Friends. I will not have access to the internet down there. Please check back Monday.

Week 5 - Day 31

Breakfast: 4 Pieces Turkey Bacon on 1 Piece Wheat Bread
Snack: String Cheese & 5 Wheat Crackers
Lunch: Teriyaki Chicken Chow Mein
Snack: Protein Shake & Kiwi
Dinner: Subway - 6" Chicken Breast on Wheat w/ Lettuce, Tomato, Black Olives, Jalapenos, Mayo
Snack: 1 Chocolate Chip M&M Cookie

Water: 5

Exercise:

Upper & Abs - Thankfully I got my upper body in! I can really tell that I upped my weights. I had an awesome burn and will probably be sore tomorrow. Trying to get abs in tonight, but still have a few things to do before going to bed.

Struggled with my abs. Not sure why but my back is sore. Only noticed it doing abs. Could be b/c of in the increase in weight. Hmmm...

Comments:

My goal for this trip to Florida is to try to eat as healthy as possible. I know I will be getting some cardio in so at least that is a good thing.

Week 5 - Day 30

Breakfast: 4 Pieces Turkey Bacon on 1 Piece Wheat Bread
Snack: String Cheese & Grapes
Lunch: Teriyaki Chicken Chow Mein
Snack:
Dinner: Chicken, Baked Potato w/ FF butter, cauliflower
Snack: Bad - Monkey Bread (a.k.a. biscuits cut into pieces, rolled in butter then sugar and cinnamon, & baked)

Water: 4

Exercise:

Cardio - 20 minutes on stepper

Comments:

Have to go to the Dentist today, so I know I will miss my afternoon snack again, but should be able to get my evening snack in w/out any problems.

Couldn't resist the monkey bread. Went to Dad & Peg's and she had it made for us...

Week 5 - Day 29

Breakfast: 1 Egg w/ 1/2 Piece FF Cheese on 1 Piece Wheat Bread
Snack: String Cheese & 5 Wheat Crackers
Lunch: 2 Slices Turkey & Mashed Potatoes
Snack:
Dinner: Chicken Tenders, Corn, Green Beans
Snack: String Cheese & Slice Cinnamon Raisin Toast

Water: 5

Exercise:

Lower Body - Good burn on the lower body. Will probably increase the weights again next week.

Comments:

Can I just say that I feel good today after my excellent upper body workout and massive ab workout this weekend.

Missed my afternoon snack b/c I was sitting at the doc's office. Decided to have an early supper and then a snack later.

The Cinnamon Raisin Toast wasn't really that bad for me. 14g Carbs, 3 g Protein. I was just craving something a little more sweet.

Week 4 - Day 28

Breakfast: 4 Pieces Bacon on 1 Piece Wheat Bread
Snack: String Cheese & Kiwi
Lunch: Taco Bell - Nacho Bellgrande & 1/2 Chili Cheese Burrito
Snack: 1 Piece Cinnamon Raison Bread
Dinner: Penn Station - Small Chicken Teriyaki w/ mushrooms & cheese
Snack: 4 Chocolate Chip Cookies & 1 Piece Mocha Chocolate Square

Water: 5, 1 DCF Coke, 1 cup hot chocolate

Exercise:

Upper and Cardio

Completed - Good burn on upper body. Definitely need to increase my weights for Wednesday's workout. Will do my cardio this evening.
20 Minutes of Cardio on Stepper
50 Regular Abs, 25 Each Side of Obliques

Comments:

Need to be more dedicated this week (Monday - Wednesday). Really slacked off towards the end of last week and the scales shows. I'm back up to 138.5, which is still less than I was in the beginning, but it's not good enough. I think I slacked off b/c I was hoping I was pregnant and that was negative. Will be going to Florida Thursday - Sunday and will eat as good as possible, but it will be impossible to do BFL 100%. Upon returning next Monday I will be doing BFL 110%.

After much thinking this morning I decided I needed a REAL FREE DAY. I really haven't given myself an official free day as I do a free meal here or there. So, today is the day. Now I can get back on the band wagon full force tomorrow!

OK, so I ate horrible today, but I did get some major exercise in. Feel pretty good about that. Abs are really sore already and probably will be even more tomorrow, but I figured I wasn't doing them again until Tuesday, so got another one in today.

Doing my stats tomorrow evening. Didn't get a chance to do it today and AF is about to leave so I won't feel as bloated tomorrow. I'm curious to see them though. I hope there is a little change in my pics from last time. I'd like to see a little change rather than just the scale...
