Thoughts: Shoulders are really sore from massage last night. Didn't sleep well. Must got to bed early. Craving chocolate.... Wasn't hungry for dinner.
Had wellness screening for work. My HDL was right on the line. Apparently I need to eat more fruits and veggies and exercise more. I eat more fruits and veggies now than I ever have. Guess I'll eat even more. Already know I need to exercise more...

Lost 1/2 pound last week. I'll take it. Probably would have lost a whole pound if I hadn't eaten a bunch of crap over the weekend. It happens though.
Really busy week this week. Have something going on every night except Friday. Ugh!
