We've really been doing some powerwalking the last 2 nights and I've been focusing on squeezing my buttcheeks together and I do feel it working. Tonight we're going to hopefully rollerblade clear to 52 on the trail, which is a good distance. Those things really work my legs, but also hurt my ankles, so I gotta figure that out somehow
