Monday

D: Moe*s - Chicken, Rice, Cheese Burrito; Chips & Little Cheese Dip
S: 1 Sml. Chocolate Chip Cookie

Exercise: 15 Min Stepper

Thoughts: We ate out for dinner, but I did get a better burrito than usual. No sour cream or guac and only a little cheese dip. Also did stepper at home since we didn't go to the gym. The cookie was homemade by my MIL and I'm pretty sure are made with splenda.

Tuesday
B: Plain Bagel w/ Lite CC

L: BFL Chicken & Rice Casserole, Salad w/ FF Catalina, Chocolate Pudding
S: None
D: Mt*Fuji - 1/2 Eggroll, Chicken Teriyaki, Fried Rice, Veggies
S: 1 Piece (1" Square) Chocolate covered Toffee

Exercise: 30 Min Treadmill (3 mph, variable incline)

Thoughts: Took the treadmill slow this morning, but did add a variable incline. My foot was ok although it did start bothering me a bit towards the 30 min. mark. I pushed through to the end though! Yay me!

Wednesday
B: Grande Non-Fat Mocha
S: Banana
L: Sub*way - 6" Chicken Breast on Wheat w/ Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Onions, Black Olives, Jalapenos (NO MAYO!), Baked BBQ Lays; 1 Pc. Toffee, 1 Chocolate Mint

D: Pan*era - Bowl of Broccoli Cheddar Soup, 1 Sour Dough Roll

Exercise: None

Thoughts: Don't have anything to eat from home, so ordering Sub*way for lunch. Also didn't sleep well, so had to get some java. Ugh! Making extra at dinner tonight so I have something for Friday's lunch. Also making several things this weekend to freeze for several lunches, so I don't have any excuses. (Minestrone Soup; Chicken, Pasta & Broccoli Casserole; Turkey Taco Pasta) Chocolate snuck in at lunch...

Thursday
B: None

L: Chips & Cheese Dip, Bean Burrito, Rice
S: 3 Thin Mint Cookies
D: 3 Slices Turkey Bacon on Wheat Bread w/ Lettuce, 4 Thin Slices Colby Cheese

Exercise: None

Thoughts: Stayed home from work today. Trying to catch up on sleep and find some energy. No gym planned. Did get a fresh salad made and some minestrone soup, so I have that for some lunches.

Friday
B: McD's - Sausage Biscuit w/ Cheese
S: Banana
L: Minestrone Soup, Salad w/ FF Catalina, Applesauce
S: Organic Strawberry Fruit Leather
D: Sml. Margherita Pizza, 1 Sml Piece Garlic Bread w/ Cheese

Exercise: None

Thoughts: Feeling better today w/ the exception of the McD's craving. No hash brown though. Not a good end to the evening...

Saturday
S: Sml. Chocolate Chip Cookie
B: 2 Biscuits w/ Homemade Sausage Gravy
L: Chips & Cheese Dip, Bean Burrito, Rice
S: Few Cheetos

Exercise: None except cleaning 2 rooms w/ Steam Cleaner

Thoughts: Blah day.

Sunday
B: i*Hop - 2 Eggs Over Easy, Potatoes, 1 Piece Bacon, 2 Pieces Wheat Toast (1 Plain, 1 w/ Strawberry Jam)
S: 1/2 Grande Non-Fat Hot Chocolate
L: Homemade Turkey Sub w/ Lettuce, 2 Pickles, Few Tator Tots (Baked)

Thoughts: Blah.


Goals for this week:
*Stick to it all week!
*3 Days Cardio, 3 Days Weight Lifting (Actual 2 Days Cardio)

My Thoughts/Week Summary:
Starting the week off right as usual. Trying really hard to stick to it all week. I don't know why that is my problem, but it seems to be. Also going to work through the soreness of my foot and get my cardio in this week. I have got to get back into that routine if I want to lose any weight!

Slacked off towards the end of the week/weekend. Didn't hit the gym especially. Ready to begin a new week.
