Snack: String Cheese & Banana
Lunch: Chicken Salad on Wheat Bun, Salad w/ FF Ranch
Snack: 1/4 Cup (Total) Cashews & Almonds
Dinner: Bean Burrito w/ Little Sour Cream
Snack: Few Cashews (~6 Pieces)
Water: 3.5 Waters, 1/2 Cinnamon Hot Tea w/ Honey, 1 Milk + Vitamin

My Thoughts:So I intended yesterday to be better until we went out to eat for lunch. Ugh. I didn't eat too much the rest of the day though, so it wasn't a total blowout. Today thru Wednesday should be good no doubt. Thursday we have a softball game right after work, so I'm sure we'll eat out. Gotta make better choices though. Ugh! I'm definately ready to get back in the gym routine though!
Back to the gym was great. I'm still not 100% yet. I had a little problem w/ the leg press, but managed to get through all 3 sets. The glute machine was even worse so I only did 2 sets. Of course I'm not even attempting abs until next week. Overall not a bad night though.
