My Thoughts:OK, I am very excited that I finally broke the 140s now. Woohoo! I'm feeling so good about myself right now. I'm getting the feeling of "I look damn good" back again and I love it. I even decided to put my belly ring back in. Eric thinks I'm going a little nuts (I think), but I feel so good and that in turns helps our relationship. I'm only doing it for myself and a little for him, too. I know that our losing weight makes both of us feel so much better overall.
I don't think I'll lose 4.5 pounds this week to meet my goal of 135 by Apr 17, but it should be close and I'm doing such an outstanding job that I don't care. I'll get there and still feel great with what I've accomplished thus far! We'll see what this week brings though.
Hamstrings are REALLY sore from working out in the yard on Sunday. Added a couple extra things to my lower, but didn't do lunges last night.
