Week 1, Day 5

Food:
Breakfast: Grande Non-Fat Hot Chocolate
Snack: String Cheese & Banana
Lunch: Chicken Pasta Primavera, Salad w/ Cheese, Sunflower Seeds, FF Ranch

Dinner: BW3*s - 1/3 Ultimate Nachos, 3 Med. Boneless Wings, Few Small Wedges w/ Cheese

Water: 4 Waters, + Vitamin

My Thoughts:
It was a late night last night. Our softball game started at 8:30 and we won, which meant a drink at the bar, so we didn't get home until around 11. That's WAY past my bedtime, but it was a good time socializing. I've been getting a damn good workout in softball. I'm extremely sore this week. Quads, Calves, Abs, Arms, about everything is sore! I'm looking forward to sleeping in a little bit tomorrow.

Got on the scale this morning and it said 137. I'm maintaining still. Haven't been to the gym and not sure if we'll get to go tonight or not. We are going to dinner at BW3*s after 6, so it will depend on what time we get home from that. Haven't been doing too good at breakfast the last few days. Just haven't wanted to really "eat" anything.

Dinner: McD's - Hamburger

My Thoughts:
Yes, my day is starting off well. :D

I'm dreading our softball game tonight b/c it starts at 8-freaking-30! But I actually had more fun on Tuesday, so in a way I'm looking forward to it. It's supposed to storm all day though. It hasn't started yet, but it looks like it could let loose any time... If it happens to get cancelled and it's before 7:00 we will definitely go to the gym.

Lunch: Chicken Salad on Wheat Bun, Salad w/ Cheese, Sunflower Seeds & FF Ranch

Dinner: DPs - Chips, Salsa, Little Cheese Dip, Fire Beans, 2 Tortillas, Chicken Strips, & Little Rice

Water: 5.5 Waters, 1 Milk, + Vitamin

My Thoughts:
Not a bad day. Have to go to the mall tonight b/c my bracelet broke, so not sure what we'll do about dinner now. Hopefully it won't take long and we can still have dinner at home. Also need to make a quick trip to the grocery store. Would like to take dogs on a walk this evening, too, but that will depend more on the weather.

Also realized that I must have done something at the game last night b/c my legs and butt are sore today. That feels good.

It took about 45 minutes to get our food at DPs. It was a really bad night of eating. I was starving so that's why I ended up eating cheese dip, too. We also had to go to the grocery store, so didn't make it to the gym. I'm starting to go downhill. Gotta kick it back up.

Dinner: Taco Salad - 2 Shells Broken, Beef w/ Seasoning, Lettuce, Cheese, Litte Lite Sour Cream

My Thoughts:
It rained early this morning and is supposed to rain most of the day and night, so we'll most likely be going to the gym instead of playing a softball game, which is fine with me.

Ended up having a softball game last night, but it was good overall. I got walked every single time, but that did mean I got to run the bases a few times. I also caught a pop fly and picked up a bunt and got a girl out at first. Show them how capable I am of playing... hee hee

My Thoughts:
WEIGH-IN: 136.5

I did measurements last night and they make me feel pretty good, too. I've lost 8.25 inches since January all over. That's not too shabby. I've lost 2 inches in both my hips and thighs so that's some definite progress and 2.25 in my waist (at my belly button). Those were definitely my problem areas, so it feels good to see progress there especially!

Found out last night my great aunt and uncle are in town for a few days and they will be coming up to our house tonight, so it doesn't look like I'll get to hit the gym. I'm going to try to do something at home whether its the stepper or just some stretching.

Need to get groceries bad! Brought a kiwi for my morning snack, but it was not good, so I threw it away. Didn't have anything else to go along w/ my sandwich at lunch.

Dinner out wasn't too bad. I tried choosing the best entree and good sides. I think I did pretty well. I got a small salad, too, but the LF Ranch was disgusting, so after 2 bites I pushed it to the side. I did take a couple of bites of Eric's coleslaw, too. Unfortunately I didn't get to do any stretching or anything b/c we stopped at the grocery store after dinner (thank god) and then I made a fresh salad when I got home before we hit the bedroom.
