Week 6 - Day 41 - Free Day

Valentines Day
Breakfast: Biscuits & Gravy
Snack: Beef Jerky & 1 Cup Hot Chocolate
Late Lunch: Mountain Jacks: Salad w/ Ranch, Salmon, Veggie Medley, Baked Potato w/ both butter and sour cream, 1/2 Oreo Cheesecake I split with Eric
Snack:
Dinner: none b/c of late lunch
Snack: Popcorn

Sunday is my day to start anew. I've really blown off the diet this week, probably more with exercise than anything else. I haven't got on the scale to see my weight, but I'm sure it's up from my 137 early this week.

Week 6 - Day 40

Breakfast: 1 Egg, 1/2 Slice FF Cheese on 1 Piece Wheat Toast
Snack: String Cheese & 4 Wheat Crackers
Lunch: Chicken Rice Casserole
Snack: Protein Shake & Kiwi
Dinner: Sirloin Steak, Onions, Mushrooms w/ A-1, Fried Potato Wedges, Nachos and Cheese for appetizer

Exercise:

Probably won't be doing anything except horizontal hop b/c we are heading down to my mom's to set up her computer, desk and take her out to eat.

Comments:

I'm going to make next week much better. I've been beat this week trying to re-coop from vacation. I haven't had any motivation this week. We'll hope its also b/c of ovulating! wink!

Week 6 - Day 39

Breakfast: 4 Pieces Bacon, 1 Piece Wheat Toast

Lunch: Grilled Chicen Sandwich on White Bun w/ Lettuce & Tomato
Snack: Protein Shake & 5 Wheat Crackers
Dinner: 6" Meatball on Wheat w/ Blk Olives, Jalapenos, Mayo, Cheese
Snack: 1 Bag (2 Servings) Popcorn

Exercise:

Lower - I'm pushing myself to do it tonight before survivor and hopefully doing cardio during survivor

I ended up doing 15 minutes on Stepper. Eric got a movie "Lost in Translation", so I didn't want to NOT watch it with him...

Week 6 - Day 38

Lower - Nope. I can't get back into the habit.

Comments:

Got really busy this morning and missed my morning snack. Although my belly didn't even warn me about it.

In a really sour mood today and Eric called and said we were going to Don Pablo's for dinner, so I can already say I'm eating some chips and salsa.

I have 6 papa john's pizzas sitting on my desk right now for our lunch at noon. I'm eating my lunch right now and it isn't tasting very good, but I'm refraining! (So far!)

Week 6 - Day 37

Lunch: Bison Burger w/ 1/2 of bun, salad w/ Ranch (No FF)
Snack: String Cheese & 5 Wheat Crackers

Water: 4 + 1 Root Beer

Exercise:

Upper & Cardio - Was very exhausted when I got home from work. Gotta get back in my routine. I sat on the couch all evening and didn't hardly moved. Eric put 2 chimichangas in the oven and that was our dinner.

Comments:

Back on track now! Surprisingly I jumped on the scale this morning and my weight was 137. I can't believe I didn't gain anything or maybe even lost a little while on vacation. I guess I didn't eat HORRIBLE, but I didn't eat BFL either... Hmmm... Something was right.

Week 6 - day 36 - Return from Vacation

Supposed to be starting my diet fresh again today, but didn't plan on getting bumped on the plane. Will be started and doing perfect the rest of the week.

Probably missed a few food/drink items over the whole 5 day vacation, but nothing major. Few diet cokes here and there. Only 1 or 2 regular cokes at most. Tried to stick to water even though I didn't get enough of it. Dread getting on the scale this week. Ugh...

Week 5 - Day 35 - Vacation

Breakfast: 2 Slices Wheat Toast, 1 Egg, 2 Slices Bacon, Few slices fresh grapefruit w/ sugar, 1 glass milk
Snack:
Lunch: 2 Breaded Catfish Strips, 1 1/2 Hushpuppies, Cole slaw, 2 Mozz sticks
Snack: Pretzel & Cheese
Dinner: 1 slice cheese flatbread, Filet Mignon, baked potatoe, 2 stalks of asparagus

Week 5 - Day 34 - Vacation

Breakfast: 1 Piece French Toast, 2 Slices Bacon, Few of Eric's potatoes, 1/2 cups Hot Chocolate

Lunch: 1 Mozz Stick, Broc. Cheese Soup, Zesty Ranch Chicken Sand w/ only 1/2 bun, few french fries
Snack:
Dinner: 1 Piece Corn on the Cob, 3 Slices Tomato, 3 radishes, 2 Decaf Iced Teas
Snack: 1 Jamaican Chocolate Chip Cookie (a.k.a. mostly burnt)

Week 5 - Day 33 - Vacation (Disney World)

Breakfast: Sausage Biscuit, Hashbrown

Lunch: Salmon, Mashed Potatoes, Salad w/ Ranch, 2 rolls, desserts
Snack: Mickey Dilly bar
Dinner: 6" Meatball on Wheat w/ Cheese, Blk Olives, Mayo, Jalapenos & Baked BBQ Lays

Exercise: Walking, ride, walking, speed walking, ride, walking, ride, etc., etc., etc.
