Late Lunch: Mountain Jacks: Salad w/ Ranch, Salmon, Veggie Medley, Baked Potato w/ both butter and sour cream, 1/2 Oreo Cheesecake I split with Eric

Sunday is my day to start anew. I've really blown off the diet this week, probably more with exercise than anything else. I haven't got on the scale to see my weight, but I'm sure it's up from my 137 early this week.
