Snack:
Lunch: Olive Garden - Lasagna & Tiarimisu
Snack:
Dinner: Taco Bell - Nacho Bellgrande
Snack:

Water: 2, 2 Diet Cokes

Exercise:

In-laws came over and spent the day, so I will do lower and cardio tomorrow. Still don't feel terribly bad about it as I've had a good week besides that.

Comments:

This is going to be a REAL free day for me. I'm actually excited about it, too. The only time I cheated this week was Thursday's lunch and those few cookies on Wednesday, so I feel pretty good about this week. And unless I screw up today, which I don't plan on I got in every day's exercise, which is a great bonus.

Just read an ad in the paper that girl scouts will be out selling cookies around the stores this weekend, so I will probably have to support them today. Although I'll have to get rid of what I don't eat today or it might effect my dieting throughout the week...

Didn't get my cafe mocha, but lunch upset my stomach (surprise) and I didn't want to affect any possible implantation.

Exercise:

Upper - OK workout. For some reason I don't like upper body. Forgot that I uppped my weight on biceps and ended up only doing what I did 2 weeks ago since I didn't workout last week.

Comments:

I weighed myself this morning and it said 135.5! I can't believe I'm within 1/2 pound of my goal. This is very hard for me to believe b/c I don't feel like I've lost 9.5 pounds. I definitely can't tell it in my clothes. I asked Eric where he thinks I've lost it and he said "I can tell exactly where you lost it. In your stomach and sides/love handles and maybe a LITTLE in your butt." After he said that I sat down to breakfast and I suppose my "roll" has gotten smaller. I imagine I haven't lost any in the rear, but more I'm getting it more toned. That scale definitely makes me feel better!

I cheated. There I said it. I'm not one to cheat for sweets either. They are not my weakness. I had to put out refreshments for our speaker today and decided to try those graham smores bites. Then decided they were good so had 3 more. And why not have a cookie, too? Good thing the other option was veggie crackers. Yuck! I don't know what came over me!

Felt much better after actually doing some intensity levels. Had 2 min. warm-up and cool down and then
switched from fast to medium every minute or two.
Abs - 50 Crunches (Upper), 25 Each Side Obliques, 50 Butt Raises (Lower)
Thighs - Laying Leg Lift? - Also did a workout Jennifer suggested for my thights 2 Reps of 25 on each leg

Comments:

If you noticed I had "Real" Popcorn last night and having some for my afternoon snack again today. One of Eric's customers got us this hot air popcorn maker for christmas and I decided to use it last night. You don't use oil at all and it is excellent and healthy, too. I simply sprayed on some spray butter (FF) and a little salt and Voila! I can't find the one she got us, but there is one at Target for under $20. It is definitely a good thing for popcorn lovers watching their diet! No more microwave popcorn for me!

Feel very good about my workout tonight. Dinner was good although I knew I was getting enough protein so I added the cottage cheese. I feel good about it now.

I'm going to try to weigh myself in the morning. I'm anxious to see what that scale brings... I am planning on doing stats on Sunday or Monday, too.
