Wednesday

D: DPs - Fire Beans & Tortillas, Chicken & Onions out of Fajitas, Little Rice, Little Guac & Sour Cream (No Tortillas w/ Fajitas) - Definitely not overstuffed!

Thursday

My Thoughts/Week Summary:
Going to foot doctor this morning, so hopefully I have a clear idea about what's wrong and how it can be fixed. Planning on going to the gym tonight at least to do weights. Feeling like this week I can really kick it up. Friday & Saturday will be a little rough. Friday we are going out to eat with in-laws, but I'm planning on getting chicken or a salad depending on where we go. Saturday we have a party to go to, but I can get a salad or wrap there as well.

I did plan meals for this week and go grocery shopping, plus I got some healthy snacks for those cravings.

Attempted Pilates on Monday night, but I am in no shape to be doing it. Made me feel incredibly fat and out of shape. Must look for something else to try as light cardio in the evenings until I can get back to the gym. Am going to try eliptical at the gym and see if it bothers my foot as much.

Really screwed up the end of the week... No excuse.
