Week 2, Day 1

Food:
Breakfast: 1/2 Wheat Bagel w/ Lite CC
Snack: String Cheese & Carmel Rice Cake
Lunch: 3 Slices Lean Ham on 2 Slices Wheat Bread, Salad w/ Cheese, Sunflower Seeds & FF Ranch
Snack: None
Dinner: BW3's - 5 Honey BBQ boneless wings, few wedges w/ cheese & ranch, 2 Moz. Stix
Snack: None

Water: 4 Waters, 1 Rootbeer, 1 Hot Green Tea, 1 Milk + Vitamin

Exercise:

Planned: Lower & Cardio
Actual: Lower & 20 Min. Treadmill

My Thoughts:
I'll spare ya the details of how bad my weekend was! Ugh! I'm not even sure how I maintained at 137. It's beyond me. We are going to the gym tonight and tomorrow. Eric has a game Wednesday night and will be gone Thurs & Fri. I'm going to try to walk to the gym on Thurs and/or Fri. However, I also plan on doing a lot of work around the house inside and out.
