Comments:
Going to a funeral showing at lunch today for a co-worker's mother. Not sure if I'll grab lunch out or eat my leftovers.

Had to take all three dogs to the park yesterday afternoon b/c our house was being showed. They wore me out!! So, Eric grabbed dinner out for us and we just watched some TV.

**Down .5 lb from last week and back to my starting weight.

Have to dig out Iron Yoga as I've already packed it. Didn't realize it until later last night and then didn't feel like digging it out.

Spent the evening relaxing on the couch watching a movie with my hubby. It was nice.

Comments:

I didn't get around to journaling the weekend. It wasn't horrible, just not the best. Saturday I ate one snack (pretzels) and one meal (Friday's). Sunday I made sausage gravy for breakfast and we had turkey sandwich and chips and dip for lunch/dinner. We packed on Sunday and did some cleaning. Not much of anything else though.

Decided to commit to working in iron yoga every other day this week starting tonight. I don't want to start the gym and then quit for a week while moving, so at least with yoga I can do it at home and it should be a huge stress reliever as well.

Went out with my boss to lunch and made a horrible menu decision. Paying for it all afternoon... Ugh!! Ate the almonds to try to absorb some of the grease and settle my stomach...

Thank goodness it's Friday. However I have to work on Saturday, too. I'll gladly take the OT though. Didn't eat this morning, then went to doc for wrist. Nauseous when I got done so I just picked up McD's. Ugh!

My dad & Peg might come up tonight. If they do then we'll likely eat out, but I plan on eating some form of a salad or a healthy option. Also lost 1 pound from last week. It's a slow process but I'll get there with time.

It has been a stressful day at work so far. Didn't sleep well last night. Did not eat nearly as many chips as I usually do. Decided to change my "water" to "beverage" tomorrow so I can visualize what I'm drinking as well.
